On Thursday 28 August, the first session of the seven-week ‘Mettā Bhāvanā’ Meditation Course commenced at NEO Centre, Kuala Lumpur. Nalanda Founder Bro. Tan was at the Kuala Lumpur Branch to conduct the guided meditation session, which started at 8pm.

It also intended to update parents on their children’s progress over the past six months.

The objectives of the stay-in were to foster bonding among facilitators and students, to learn Buddhist culture and chanting, as well as to involve parents in rendering service to the Buddhist community.
