The course consists of seven classes and will be held at new Nalanda Education and Outreach Centre, Happy Garden on Saturdays from 2.30pm to 5.30pm, from 25 February 2023. There will also be a 2-day 1-night experiential programme in May.

The newly expanded NEO Centre measures 4,500 sq. ft. and can host multiple programmes simultaneously. Its four-fold increase in capacity of 200 people aims to provide the community with avenues to learn and cultivate the Dhamma in their lives. Operating hours will be from 2 – 10pm on Tuesdays to Fridays and 9am to 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
