On 2 January 2015, Nalandians from all over the country gathered for New Year’s dinner together. The atmosphere was joyous and festive as new and old friends exchanged warm greetings and reconnected with each other.
Read more3 January 2015 saw the successful conclusion of the 2nd National Members’ Convention at the newly expanded Nalanda Centre in Sri Serdang. 120 Nalandians from Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Johor and Kedah congregated over four days to discuss and realign their understanding of Nalanda’s education philosophy and mission. Members also took the opportunity to strengthen fellowship, share personal experiences, and make aspirations together.

On Saturday 8 November, 11 current and new Dharma School volunteers gathered at Nalanda Centre for a Facilitators’ Induction Programme. The Director of Dharma School, Sis. Sunanda Ong conducted the session with the aim of acquainting new volunteers with the School’s objectives, approach and motto. Through ice-breaking activities, the initial silence of awkwardness transitioned to laughter and joy among the volunteers.

We were honoured to have Mr. Teoh Hee Chong, a Psychology lecturer from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman and New Era College to conduct this workshop.
