From Wednesday 29 October to Sunday 2 November, Plum Village Malaysia held a Mindfulness Retreat at Wisdom Park, under the guidance of monastic members from across the region. Over the five days, 85 participants and volunteers deepened their learning and practice of mindfulness as they explored the theme “You Have Enough”.
