Read moreOn 20 – 21 May, participants and volunteers of BPS 104 Buddhist Course in Mandarin gathered in Wisdom Park for a stay-in programme. They hailed from Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Sungai Petani where they attended seven classes since February at NEO Centres in KL, JB and SP. The participants were happy to take to the open grounds of the educational campus for the final part of the course.

Read moreTo celebrate ‘Earth Day’ today on 22 April, volunteers gathered at Wisdom Park to plant 12 trees, bringing the total count of trees planted here to over 1800. As the trees grow and mature, they will gift us fresher air and become a refuge for bees, birds, and many more beings. In years to come, their canopies will also fill out and ease the temperatures here.

Read moreFrom 9 to 11 March, 40 devotees and volunteers checked in at Wisdom Park for a meditation retreat conducted by Ven. Ajahn Pavaro. He gave instructions to retreatants on their practice before they alternated between hourly sitting and walking meditation, and over the next three days held daily ‘Q&A’ sessions to address their questions.
