Wesak B.E. 2558 - Greetings from Nalanda Buddhist Society Malaysia.

Wesak Full-moon Day commemorates the Buddha’s birth, Enlightenment, and passing away some 25 centuries ago. This Wesak ‘Buddha Day’ marks the 2,558th anniversary of His passing; hence the Buddhist Era (B.E.) 2558.

Nalanda Buddhist Society Malaysia wishes all Buddhist teachers, practitioners and devotees a blessed Wesak ‘Buddha Day’! We thank everyone who have contributed much to the Buddha-Sāsana, to the goodness of the world, and to the welfare of all beings.

We rejoice over this sacred occasion of the Buddha’s Enlightenment, and wish all Buddhists much spiritual progress, peace, and joy!  ‘Sabbe satta sukhihontu’ – may all beings be well and happy!
