Verse 160

Attā hi attano nātho
ko hi nātho paro siyā
Attanā’va sudantena
nātham labhati dullabham
Oneself indeed is one’s protector,
for what other protector could there be?
With oneself well-controlled,
one obtains a refuge difficult to gain.
