Dullabho purisājañño
na so sabbattha jāyati
Yattha so jāyati dhīro
tam kulam sukhamedhati
Hard to find is a man of great wisdom.
Such a man is not born everywhere.
Where such a wise man is born,
that family thrives happily.
Meaning
 
dullabho hard to find
purisājañño a man of great wisdom

so he
sabbattha everywhere
jāyati (is) born
yattha wherever
dhīro (such a) wise one
tam that
kulam family / clan
sukhamedhati lives happily; in happiness
